Terms and conditions

Courses and Consultations.

Fees for telephone or email consultations are to be paid in advance.

Course fees are non-refundable, unless we receive a written notice of cancellation at least 14 days prior to the commencement of the course. If such notice is given, then the whole fee will be refunded (less 20% for administration costs).

If less than 14 days notice is given, no part of the fee will be refundable unless the participant can find someone we deem suitable to take his or her place. Should Friends4Ever have to cancel a course for any reason, students will receive a full refund of the course fee.
